Shipping policy

We offer both preorder items and on-hand items, each with different processing and delivery times:

Preorder Items: Clearly marked as "Preorder" on our website, these items typically ship within 2-3 weeks. These items are in stock, but stored at an off-site location.
On-Hand Items: A limited selection of items anre available for immediate shipping and will be processed within 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot modify the destination once the shipping label is created.
We offer fully insured ground shipping within the continental United States via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.

We do ship internationally! If you would like an international shipping quote, please contact us prior to purchasing.
International shipments are sent via USPS and are declared at full order value. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

All shipments are fully insured for the total order value and require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
If you are unable to sign for your package, you may request to have it held for pickup with the courier.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you must contact us before your order ships. However, by waiving this requirement, you assume full financial responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility.

Expedited shipping costs typically start at $50 within the continental US, but exact pricing may vary.

Preorder (Drop-Ship) Items: Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks.
On-Hand Items: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days in the US and longer depending on international location.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To protect our business and customers, we photograph and video record the packing process for all shipments.
This helps prevent fraudulent claims and ensures that all orders are shipped in the exact condition as described.
